Founder & Ceo
Shlomy Pollak founded BetterBuilt with a hands-on philosophy and a commitment to delivering quality at every stage of the build. As Founder and CEO, he remains closely involved in planning, operations, and key client decisions, providing steady leadership and clear oversight throughout each project. Working directly with clients, Shlomy brings experience, accountability, and a practical, solutions-driven approach to every build. His leadership sets the standard for how the BetterBuilt team plans, executes, and delivers projects across the firm’s portfolio.

Chani Horowitz
Office Operations Manager
Chani oversees daily operations for the BetterBuilt team, ensuring the office and project teams have the support they need. She manages schedules, coordinates office workflows, handles administrative and financial tasks, and supports projects from pre-construction through closeout. Working in the office each day, she keeps communication clear, addresses issues as they come up, and helps maintain efficient, reliable processes the BetterBuilt way.

Ari Abramson
Estimator / Project Coordinator
Ari is a key part of the pre-construction and planning process, providing estimating and coordination support from pre-construction through project closeout. With a sharp eye for detail and deadlines, he analyzes plans for accurate takeoffs and proposal leveling. Ari develops final bids for ownership, expedites contract execution, and coordinates shop drawing and submittal approvals—supporting a smooth and well-coordinated transition from pre-construction through project completion.

ISAAC SHMAYA
Field Manager
As the eyes and ears of the company, Isaac is our on-the-ground representative who is on top of all comings and goings and the man tasked with ensuring safety and OSHA compliance. He is on site daily, diligently ensuring that each job is running smoothly and that plans are expertly executed to perfection

Avi Rapoport
Field Manager
Avi is responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and tracking project progress to ensure every build aligns with BetterBuilt’s expectations. On site every day, he manages field logistics, oversees crews, and keeps project timelines and safety standards on track. Through clear communication between the field and office, Avi’s on-site leadership turns plans into well-executed builds.

CHAYA FEIGELSTOCK
Executive Assistant
Chaya supports the BetterBuilt team by handling essential office and project documentation, including proposals, waivers, and insurance. She keeps administrative requirements organized and on track, supporting smooth project progress. Her behind-the-scenes support allows the field and office teams to focus on execution and delivery.
